Mission Notice against Covid-19 from the Innovation Platform for Industry

After the JGB was selected for the Mission against Covid-19 notice of the Innovation Platform for Industry, “With the support of the National Industrial Training Service (hereafter SENAI), it designed and built, in only 40 days, a machine for the manufacture of masks -PFF2 / N95 respirator, capable of protecting users from droplets containing different kinds of viruses. ” This machine was produced nationally, which in addition to avoiding the import process that could be prolonged, it similarly values the Brazilian market.

The PFF2 Respirator

The product, which has been developed from a specific machine, is a filter with an air purifier respirator of a semifacial filter PFF2 type for particles, class S, without any exhalation valve, made in three respective layers: an outer layer of structural synthetic fiber in polypropylene; a synthetic fiber filter layer made in polypropylene and an inner layer made of synthetic fiber as for facial contact. It is also equipped with elastic head straps to support the face piece and coated metal strap for adjustment over the nasal septum. Adjustment straps with elastic and nasal clip that provide comfort and agility during fast procedures. This is indeed a 100% national product.

The new line for biological risks IMPERMAX® from JGB

The PFF2 Respirator was neither the beginning nor the end of JGB’s product line of products for biological hazards. Previously, the product Face Shield 9019 IM was launched. It was developed to protect human beings against contaminated particles. In addition to this, there will be more news this year for the market.
