In Texíon® G, the mixture of carbon fiber and aramid gives the fabric an excellent thermal capacity, which absorbs calories with difficulty and releases it quickly, resisting up to 800 oC when exposed to direct flames for up to 5 minutes. Provides excellent protection against flames and splashes of molten metals.
Due to the lightness and comfort, the fabric makes it possible to manufacture light, comfortable and safer garments. We also affirm hitherto additionally that it is intrinsically flameproof, maintaining its characteristics throughout its useful life.
Texíon® G is indicated for the following areas and industries:
• Steel industries;
• Foundries;
• Boilers;
• Explosives areas;
• Pulp and paper industries;
• Handling of fuels.
As a light and comfortable item, Texíon® W is a blended fabric based on flame-resistant aramid (FR viscose) fibers. One of its main features is the fact that the amount of moisture absorbed by the fabric is comparable to cotton, in addition to offering the user extreme comfort, even when used on the skin.
Texíon® W is indicated for the following areas and industries:
• Electricity companies;
• Paper and Cellulose;
• Assemblers;
• Assemblies;
• Mining;

Texíon® S is a twill type fabric. Its comfort and moisture absorption, typical of cotton, combined with flame retardancy, make this material suitable for use in primary protective clothing and in workplaces where there is exposure to heat or risk of flames, fully complying with NR-10. Polyamide gives the fabric greater resistance to traction and abrasion, generating greater durability.
Texíon® S is indicated for the following areas and industries:
• Metallurgy;
• Steelmaking;
• Foundries;
• Cement plant;
• Metal mechanics;
• Paper And Cellulose;
• Assemblers;
• Assemblies;
• Mining;
• General Services.
Texíon® C is an anti-tear cotton fabric, with a structure of natural fibers resistant to flames. The comfort and moisture absorption, characteristic of cotton, combined with flame retardancy, make this material suitable for use in primary protections – workplaces where there is exposure to heat or risk of flames, fully complying with NR-10. The Rip-Stop structure is reinforced with a double thread in the weft and warp, providing greater resistance and durability.
